Edward L. Gilbert Co., LPA advises corporations, trade associations, non-profit organizations, candidates, PACs, PCEs, ballot issue committees, and individuals on compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
We assist clients with the formation, organization, operation, and financing of campaigns, ballot issues, PACs, and PCEs. Additionally, we defend clients in campaign finance enforcement actions before the Federal Election Commission and state regulatory agencies.
Specifically, our firm provides the following services to political committees:
Ø Drafting committee bylaws;
Ø Advising internal controls;
Ø Training committee Boards and officers;
Ø Reviewing committee communications and solicitations;
Ø Preparing or reviewing committee reports;
